Richard Eurich (1903-1992) Visionary Artist
This set of Richard's works were featured in the book associated with the 2003 centenary exhibition, Richard Eurich (1903-1992) Visionary Artist. The book also acted as the catalogue to the exhibition. The set includes the 70 works in the show and the 30 works that appeared in the catalogue but were not exhibited. Richard Eurich (1903-1992) Visionary Artist opened at the MIllais Gallery, Southampton Institute in March 2003, and travelled to the Russell-Cotes Gallery and Museum in Bournemouth and The Fine Arts Society in London.
The exhibition was curated by Professor Edward Chaney, Professor of Fine and Decorative Arts, Southampton Institute and Christine Clearkin MA, in association with Bridget Davis, Curator of the Millais Galley at Southampton Institute, Peyton Skipwith of The Fine Art Society and the Russell-Cotes Museum & Gallery, Bournemouth.
The catalogue's authors were Edward Chaney and Christine Clearkin. Additional essays were provided by Alan Powers and Caroline Toppin. James Hyman, David McCann and Peyton Skipwith also contributed.
