- REP / PBWeather is here the main subject! The lighting is quite dramatic with the stormy clouds overhead and the rays of sun striking occasionally on a distant spot on the sea and lighting up the shingle bank in the foreground. The viewpoint is unusually low for Dad’s style. We can’t even see over the bank to where the waves are undoubtedly crashing on the beach. Only further along on the right do we see the turmoil of foam against the contrasting black landscape. And what a cloudscape!
