Man's Head

This drawing was found on the back of the 1928 RE drawing Ice Skating. It is likely that the drawing of the head was done in a life drawing class when RE was at the Slade, and that he used the other side later for the skating drawing to save a little money when things were tight before the success of the 1929 one man show at the Goupil Gallery.
