This is surely a place of worship? The central figure has his hands together in prayer while a couple of people are bowing in submission. It is only the unbelievers on the right who walk off twirling a parasol. Dad has slightly rejigged the topography here to suit his composition, but the entrance to Beaulieu River is unmistakeable with its characterful three-pronged waymarker.
