- REP / PBIn spite of its indeterminate name, this is Lepe Beach in every detail. A hopeful bather, looking very chilly, is about to try out the sea in spite of the wind and the very low tide. If it weren’t for the magnificent stormy sky and the churned-up sea, the warm colours of the foreground would tempt one to think it was a hot summer’s day.
